'The FHA Reform Act of 2010 (HR 5072) is a good bill designed to help many folks with their mortgages, many nearing foreclosure. In essence it required that "individuals to certify that they have not been convicted of a sex offense against a minor in order to get an FHA mortgage."'

8   Link   Violation of Separation of Powers
This is a weblink to the actual Ohio Supreme Court Case that ruled on the Separation of Powers violation. The Adam Walsh Act, Title I clearly has been shown to be in violation of the Separation of Powers because by legislative manipulation a person is subjected to a harsher penalty than what they had when they were sentenced.

Not only does this language suggest ex post facto violation it clearly demonstrates the legislative branch overstepping their authority.

Every defense attorney should be using the Separation of powers as the central argument against Title I of the Adam Walsh Act.
