Federal sex offender and sexual predator legislation's. It seems as if many legislators want to get into the act of having their own sex offender legislation, many which are overlapping and unnecessary. Congress comes out with the AWA, and even with that, it doesn't appear that the AWA is enough to satisfy lawmakers seeking a name as extremely tough on "sex offenders".
