Murdered in the United States - 2008: Registered Sex Offenders & Others.

The demonetization of people who have committed a listed sex offense, which sex offenses are state dependent has produced that which was expected, vigilantism, broad unjust laws without the protection of Due Process in the Laws, and a constant bombardment of restrictions and penalties.The consequence of these sex offender laws was not entirely unknown. Legislators, some but not all have been feeding the flames of vigilantism in some individuals, and unreasoned hate in the general population, and their own hostile and violent language has helped create the atmosphere of violence against people labeled as sex offender.


What we know about vigilantes is that typically their reasoning abilities are quite skewed, conjuring in their minds false reasonings about who sex offenders are, and what they are. Their thoughts are normally twisted giving them the excuse for vigilante violence. As an example: To vigilantes all sex offenders are child molesters, pedophiles, and violent sexual predators who pray upon children. Never mind that many people forced with the label of sex offender have never molested a child, are not pedophiles, and have no history of violent sexual predation, and no matter that many who are labeled as sex offender are mire children. It does not matter to the sick and twisted mind. They have a cause of murder, harassment, and terror justified by unreasonable thinking, and the help of lawmakers and other politicians.

There have been much violence against people labeled as sex offender including murder, and even innocent people have been murdered by vigilantes who in their twisted minds thought was a sex offender. The warnings on sex offender registration websites are minuscule, and generally say legal action "may" be brought against those people who violate the requirements of the sex offender registration websites, by performing vigilante activities against the registrants, including murder.

Legislators are to blame, and the blood is by all means on their hands, for they with their vile words often spoken in extreme hatefulness have been the foremost instigators of vigilante activities including murder. Following this commentary are charts that will bring home to you the seriousness of what legislators, the law makers have fostered and enabled in the minds of the hate (group) mentality of people who take their cue from the law makers.

The 2008 year was the worst year ever for deaths of RSOs, Persons accused of sex offenses and others. This year brought so many new circumstances that we have had to restructure our statistical methods to be able to report what has happened.

In 2008, of those murdered or killed not in jails, prisons or civil commitment centers, the most dangerous state is Florida where 5 persons were murdered. PA and TX have 3, CA, MD, MA, NC, and TN each have 2. AZ, CO, DE, GA, IL, IN, IO, KS, KY, ME, MO, NM, NY, UT, WA each have 1.

Now, in addition to the above deaths, there is another group of folks who died which we call "Other Deaths." While the circumstances under which these folks died vary somehow they died in an incident involving a registered sex offender or a person accused of a sex offense. The most common circumstance is when a RSO or person accused of a sex offense, commits suicide and just before or at his/her suicide they kill other folks (Murder-Suicides), these are those folks. Finally, there are a few other odd circumstances other than Murder-Suicides and all can be viewed on the "Consolidated Deaths Listing" under the section "Other Deaths."
