This link page is to the published Op/Ed works of Gimeweb.com's owner and webmaster written under the pen name of Benoliwal. It is important to speak out and not allow vigilante political figures, vigilante law enforcement, vigilante judicial, or the vigilante's in the the public silence our cry for legal and judicial fairness. Without fairness in the legal and judicial systems there can be no due process of law, and without due process there is no legal or judicial equity. Without equity the citizens of the United States will pay dearly for the unjust and unbalanced laws they thought were only for sex offenders. When judges rule that no one has a right to choose where they live the citizenry should wake up and understand that the ruling when made against a person or class of people labeled as sex offender fighting for their right to live in their home, they will find that this judicial ruling will also be applied to anyone else the public does not like. All I can say is this, remember the days of segregation. Read more of my Op/Ed's here: Associated Content
